Anything is possible!

If you see something you like, note the tile name, number, size and the quantity you would like. You may order by email (info@topangaarttile.com) or phone (310-455-3359).

Most items are in stock, but sometimes an order must be made, especially if quantity is large. In general orders are shipped within two to eight weeks.

Custom Orders

If you like what you see on our site, but it’s not exactly what you want, let us know because we have much more available. If we don’t have it, we can custom make it. We specialize in custom work, so a quick discussion will tell us how we can help you. Our tiles blend well with other products and materials from tile to stone, and can be used in a variety of ways. We have many years of experience in spatial design, and we offer thos design services as well.

Shipping & Handling

Everything is shipped by UPS, unless otherwise specified. Once your order is received, we will calculate the shipping and handling costs and notify you of the full cost of your order. Shipping is insured, so in the unlikely event of breakage, it will be covered. Packages must be inspected by UPS in the event of breakage.

Payment

All payments must be made by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Custom orders require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) at time of order and the balance is due when the order is ready to be shipped.

Note: Due to the hand-made nature of our product, colors and sizes may vary slightly. Because of color limitations on the web, the color of the tile may not be identical to what you see on your screen. However, we do our utmost to ensure the highest quality of color and consistency of all our work. We always ensure lasting quality and durability, as well as beauty.
